What is a freeroll?  A freeroll is a free poker tournament where the site where it is played provides all the money in the tournament prize pool.  Freerolls are great ways to get an instant boost to your bankroll, because you are usually playing the game against a very small field of players, and there is a chance to win a lot of money.  In most cases there is some requirement that you have to meet to be able to play in the tournament.  Sometimes it is as little as making a small deposit, while other times you are required to reach a specific number of points.
