Pokerstars Crashes

PokerStarsFor those of you playing on Pokerstars this evening thinking you lost your connection, you are wrong.  Pokerstars servers crashed this evening putting all the ongoing games in limbo.  Players were left scrambling wondering what will happen to tournaments that were in play.

I am sure Pokerstars will rectify these situations as they are one of the top online poker sites.  Many players who were in tournaments were either credited money back, or the tournaments were resumed when the servers came back online.  This is probably due to the excess of Bodog players being unable to play at Bodog.

Bodog Poker Unavailable

BodogPlayers of Bodog have probably noticed that their favorite site has been down now for over 24 hours.

An email went out to players yesterday stating that, “Bodog.com is currently experiencing technical difficulties. All of us at Bodog are working hard to get things fixed as fast as possible.”

In a message posted by CEO Calvin Ayre, he says that some of the issues are related to a legal dispute the company is in the middle of.

Players seem to be scrambling for somewhere else to play.  Pokerstars is operating at extremely high numbers with over 100,000 players online.

If you are looking for somewhere else to play until Bodog is fixed, check out some of our top online poker sites.
