Earlier today we wrote about a player who is known only by his player ID Boku87 on PokerStars, that turned $100 into $10000 in just 14 days!

We had a chance to catch up with Boku87 and ask him a few questions…

BRB: How long have you been playing online poker?
Boku87: For pretty much exactly 3 years

BRB: Who is your biggest poker inspiration?
Boku87: Since HSP season 5 episode 2 its Tom Dwan. That bluff with QT was just so awesome

BRB: How come you play on Pokerstars as opposed to many of the other poker sites out there?
Boku87: Unlike any other Pokersite there is no limit on how many tables you can play. So Pokerstars is my only option when I want to play 30+ tables.  Also, the VIP programme is awesome and if you play as much as I do, rakeback is a very important thing. So the Supernova Elite promotion was perfect for me.

BRB: At any point during the bet were you worried that you might not make it?
Boku87: When I ran really bad and broke even for like 1500 Sngs I was a little bit worried. Also after day 10 when I had like 5500$ and needed 900$ per day on average which seemed quite hard to do. Luckily I ran awsome on day 11 and 12.

BRB: Playing 50 tables for long periods of time must be exhausting. How do you keep yourself awake and focused?
Boku87: Can’t tell

BRB: Have you considered writing a book on how to beat online poker sit-n-go’s now that you have completed this amazing feat?
Boku87: I dont think I will write a book but maybe some training videos

BRB: Have you been approached by any of the poker training sites to make videos for them?
Boku87: sitngogrinders was intrested in me before I started this bet and still is. Also cardrunners asked me if I could make videos

BRB: Yesterday Scotty (from Pokerstars) hinted in the chat box that they were trying to sign you on as a Pokerstars Pro. Is there any truth to this?
Boku87: I have not heard about this but we will see

BRB: Any plans for another bet in the near future? Maybe $1000 into $100,000?
Boku87: No plans for future bets. But I will certainly not restrict myself that much again if I do another bet. This would have been so much easier if I would have been allowed to play 180man or 20$+ buy ins

Congratulations to Boku87 on this amazing accomplishment.  For someone who has only been playing poker online for 3 years, this is an amazing absoluately unreal!

You’ve probably seen him playing on GSN’s High Stakes Poker, or losing tons of money online at Full Tilt Poker.  Well, Guy Laliberte has done it again and has made it on Forbes’ billionaire list yet again at #261.

Laliberte’s net worth is reportedly $2.5 Billion, mostly which has come from his extremely popular Cirque Du Soleil brand!

Vanessa Rousso is branching out from poker yet again and doing a TV commercial for GoDaddy.com.  This is not her first commercial, as she has done some for Pokerstars, such as this one.  Possibly GoDaddy picked her up after seeing her ad spread in Sports Illustrated?
