Brandi Sextape?
Just when you hoped the drama was gone, it now appears that Brandi has released a sex tape to get back at Brandon thanks to the reporting by the guys over at Wicked Chops Poker. The tape starts off as “Dedicated to Brandon” and features a woman that looks very much like Brandi giving a guy a blowjob.
The tape came about after pimprexel (Brandon’s account) at NWP made this post. This is clearly NSFW!

Just saw your post at NWP, Wicked, and Redtube. You’d better check out 1/29/08 posting here “Brandi Hawbaker now Naami Dea?” Couldn’t resist sending this on to Brandi’s mom, after what I saw. You think you’ve see Bitter? You haven’t seen bitter yet. You’ve messed with the wrong woman here. I failed to mention not only did Brandi’s mom nearly double major in Nursing and Psychology both at the same time {she however completed an Honor’s course work, graduate work at an undergraduate level. A first in her University’s History}, but she has studied law also. Forgot to mention, because of where she works, she knows many, many top federal agents and investigators. You’ve pissed off the wrong woman here.

You’d better check out your original post 1/14/08 Brandon / Hawbaker Drama Pt 29 also. Sent that on to Brandi’s mom too, just for the fun of it. Ask yourself how are you going to get out of it and what you said, wrote, and sent all over the internet? Won’t work trying to blame Brandi! You may think you can out wit and out smart Brandi because she is young, and you used her, and maybe there were some emotional ties between the two of you, but rest assured you won’t be able to do that with her mom, or in a court of law, which is where you are going to end up. You see you’ve made some pretty big and bad mistakes that you now can’t take back.

Statements that are truly defamatory in nature that could ruin a person’s good name. Direct statements that clearly identify and establish the identification of the person to whom the statements are made about. The statements truly harm the individual and could affect that individual in his/her trade or profession.
Slander: Occurs when a defamatory statment is spoken and overheard by a third party.
Libel: Occurs when a defamatory statement is written or otherwise is permanently recorded. Libel can cause lasting damage more so than slander by itself and is considered when damages are awarded.
Brandon, better smarten up and think quick, about what you are doing. Any solid factual proof in what you wrote and spread all over the internet about Brandi’s mom? She only has one mom. You are royally screwed here. You see they both BrandiRose and her mom, have many many people out there that truly love them both. Brandi’s mom doesn’t need money. She’d rather see you in jail.

you know lots of federal agents? mhmm, ok. and youre also a nurse and a psychologist and a lawyer.. your daughter said you learned about psychology in mental hospitals and you learned about law from being a criminal.. i find it hard to believe brandi’s mom was a shining star in college, only to have a child that would eventually drop out of highschool. its also ironic that brandi turned out to be a career prostitute when her parents obviously took her to church more than once. look it up, its on public record, mom!! and good luck getting that defamation case off the ground. first brandi will have to scour the internet for something thats been written about her that is actually untrue.

Who said anything about brandi? I surely didn’t. BrandiRose won’t need to do a damn thing in this case if she chooses not to. What was an issue {a relataionship breakup} between Brandon and BrandiRose, he made between himself, the entire world, and BrandiRose’s mom because of his stupidity. As I stated earlier I sent Brandon’s and Bryan Micon’s postings on to BrandiRose’s mom. Brandon opened Padora’s Box {Micon assisted him} in relation to his written words and worldwide posting regarding BrandiRose’s mom. She won’t need to scour the internet for anything. Everything she needs is right there. And has already been copied, printed, and downloaded and per my understanding sent on to the Las Vegas Police Department, the Las Vegas Sheriff’s Department, the D.A.’s Office of Clark County, and the FBI - Internet Criminal Investigation Unit for Internet Harassment and Cyberstalking. Oh by the way in Nevada State alone the behavior that Brandon and Micon are engaging in in relation to BrandiRose is a Category C Felony charge. Brandon has no factual evidence to support the statements he made about BrandiRose’s mom. She however has a ton of information and knowledge that he and yourself don’t possess. Both of you are fools. Do you really think BrandiRose’s mom gives a damn about the trash you guys post on the internet about her daughter? Guess you know absolutely nothing about the power of love of a mother for her child? Pity!

Clearly based on your numerous web postings you are “Obviously a Spiritually Blind Individual”. Did you even read the scripture text that you wrote / quoted. He would never meet up to the Measure of a Man, that they would accept. Brandi deserves a whole hell of a lot better. She is a precious gift. And well, Brandon reports himself that he is a drug abusing “bat shit crazy” individual. Great thing Brandi saw the light and left him. Guess you didn’t know that Brandi had once already been engaged, and took her boy friend home to meet everyone in her family including her grandfather, whom she dearly loves. She didn’t do this with Brandon.

“Five of Diamonds” is really starting to freak me out. I have ignored it long enough and now I am addressing the issue directly…
To Five of Diamonds: I am not going to get into a war of words with you. I do not wish to know who you are. I do not wish to have anything to do with you. All I want to say is that if you personally know my “mother” as you have stated so clearly many times over, you would know that I am terrified of her and have not seen her in years. You will also know that she was diagnosed by more than one therapist as having paranoid schizophrenia. It is not with any sense of guilt that I can say I will feel a great sense of relief when she is finally dead. Please pass that message on since you know her so well.
And please stop posting about me. It’s creepy. Go seek help.
