Great Support Experience At PokerStars!
Okay, so I screwed up bad and sent money to the wrong person on PokerStars due to a miscommunication. It was only $40, but still, thats a few hours worth of work. Anyway, I didn’t realize this until about 5 hours after, so I immediately emailed their support (24/7) and explained the situation. Within about 5 minutes the funds were back in my account! I thought that they were gone for good, and was trying to figure out how I was going to explain this to the person that the money was being sent to.
I would just like to say a big thanks to Juan for the help with this situation. It is great customer service like this why PokerStars is one of the best poker sites on the Internet!
