High Stakes Poker TV – Stakes Going Up!
The stakes are set to increase for 7 episodes of the hit TV show, High Stakes Poker. Starting on November 5th, 2007, the buy-in for the show will be increased from $100,000 to $500,000!
Many of the biggest players have no problem with these new stakes. Expected to play are Doyle Brunson, Patrik Antonius, Sammy Farha, David Benyamine, Barry Greenstein, Antonio Esfandiari, Jamie Gold, Daniel Negreanu and Cirque Du Soleil Billionaire, Guy Laliberte.
Laliberte has agreed to donate a portion of his winnings to his newly launched One Drop Foundation.
This should make for a very exciting series of episodes for this 4th season of High Stakes Poker.
