Guy Laliberte - Biggest Loser in 2007 on Full Tilt Poker
According to the results at highstakesdb.com, Guy “noataima” Laliberte was the biggest loser in 2007 on Full Tilt Poker. Guy lost a combined total of approximately $6,077,282.45 playing No Limit Holdem ($-3,456,166.50) and Pot Limit Omaha ($-2,621,115.95)!
Fortunately, Guy is a billionaire, so I doubt he will miss this money too much, but that is probably a good sign that poker is not his game.
The biggest winners of the year at Full Tilt Poker, on the other hand, were pr1nnyraid at the No Limit Holdem tables and the KaiBuxxe account (Niki Jedlicka) on the Pot Limit Omaha table. Pr1nnyraid won a total of $2,191,671.61 playing NL Holdem, and Kaibuxxe won $3,178,718.10 at the PLO tables.
If you really wanted to argue about Niki being number one, you would have a very good case. Strangely enough when Niki became part of team Full Tilt, he started losing a lot of money on the PLO tables, and his other account Niki Jedlicka ended down $1,624,034.14 (the second biggest loser on Full Tilt). Therefore technically he was not the biggest winner at the PLO tables and it really was David Benyamine, who made a total of $2,634,209.70.
