Is Johnny Chan Scamming Handicap Spots?
A thread at 2+2 asks the question we all want the answer to: Is Johnny Chan parking in an ILLEGAL handicapped spot at the RIO? The thread has dragged on for a few months now but the question does linger. This TMZ video seems to show that he may have a legit reason as evidenced by the handicapped tag on his car.
Handicapped? Not unless you count mental illness as a valid reason for the special blue parking spots. He didn’t have any issue bowling with Norman Chad on ESPN the other night either and that was taped right around the time he was seen parking in the handicapped spots.
Me thinks that Mr. Chan is more likely in a hurry to get the poker tables.
