PKR Announces PKR Live
Following the lead of giants like Full Tilt Poker and PokerStars, PKR announced that they will host their own live poker event. PKR Live will be held at the Loose Cannon Club (is that really their name?) in London from November 14-16th. What makes the PKR event unique is that they’re not nosebleed buy-ins. Instead PKR is offering a much lower cost of admission to these events starting with a $60 Freezeout on day one, a two day $500 Main Event, followed by a $10,000 Freeroll on the 16th.
PKR Marketing Director Simon Prodger offered: “This marks another important moment for PKR. We always strive to give our players the best experience in online poker but we also know that many of our players enjoy playing live. So now we are crossing the bridge to bring some of our fantastic PKR community together for a truly one-of-a-kind festival.”
PKR online players will have a shot at winning 150 seats to this event that will consist of a $1,000 package to play all events plus lodging and travel expenses. You can also win your way in via Satellite for as little as $2.38 or via a series of Freerolls. Those living under rocks with no Internet access can also play in the live $25.00 Satellites that will be hosted at the live event.
